We provide both on-site and remote support. Together we choose what is fastest and most convenient.
What does it cost and how do you charge?
You pay € 9.50 per 15 minutes plus € 5.00 travel cost (for on-site visits). Transparent and without surprises.
Can you help with Wi-Fi and network issues?
Yes. We fix weak Wi-Fi signals, router settings and internet that keeps dropping.
Can you help set up email?
Absolutely. We set up email on any device and fix it when sending or receiving is not working.
How quickly can you come by?
It depends on availability, but we schedule flexibly (evenings/weekends) whenever possible.
